Greetings
I figured since ive started posting here, It might be polite of me to introduce myself.
I stumbled across this site by accident. But im damn glad I did.
Im a 35 y/o male living down in southern Ont. But I spent close to 25 years of my life in northern ont. Growing up there was the best thing. My parents were always trying to teach me how to " Survive " if i got lost in the woods. What to eat, how to make shelter and medicinal properties of wild plants. But basically to be prepared for anything. I think the thing that got me always thinking of armagedon was the movie The Day After. That had made a large impression on me as a kid. It also got me hooked into those types of movies.
Im a very open minded person when it comes to the paranormal, esp, aliens ect.
I dont discount anything, But im not easily cowed either. Ive had some experience with these things. Mostly personal.
I have a dark side to me. I like the destruction movies, I love storms and wild weather. But on the other hand I dont like to see anyone hurt, Especially children.
I have 3 of my own. I have an extreamly twisted sence of humor, which ive inherited from my father. And my dreams I have are just as twisted and informative.
But to keep in this forums general theme. I have been feeling that time is running out, We are aproaching a new age that will have alot of changes. Hopefully there will enough of us left in the end and enough of a world left to make a better one.
One without crime, hate and violence. One where you can go outside and breath deep without reaching for your asthma inhailer.
I can go on more about myself but im afraid to bore you to the point where your hoping for a disaster to get rid of me :P
Anyone can feel free to message me, I dont like those 0 messages and 0 read up top. Makes me feel like a looser .. LOL
sleep well.
F.

I believe there are 2 types of EVIL in this world.... #1....People who are EVIL and do EVIL things...or...#2...People that see EVIL things happening and do nothing about it...

Howdy (Randall) Flagg!!!
Man, we must be on the same wavelength...felt like I was reading something that I wrote!
And though you didn't mention it in this thread, you previously mentioned The Stand ....completely friggin awesome!
Being a semi-survivalist might come in handy. There is a forum for that too that you should check out sometime.
Welcome dude!- Rich
