You don't read about too many UFO sitings in Hawaii.

sounds like someone knocked off the nozzle on a acetlyne or air tank.That would explain no fins,like a rocket,
the witnesses said it was real loud and the vapor trail stoped after a few seconds.
it happens some times.
It happened this year in brockton,an oxegen tank was droped off the back of a truck and it took off like a rocket hitting a building and going part way through the wall.
it sounds like it if u ask me,if u discount the size guesstamation of 12 feet.
some one said one foot,it could have been anywhere from two to five feet long if it was what i suggest it was.
My uncle told me about an air tank incedent in Viet Nam,two guys were unloading a bunch of air tanks and the guy droped it on its nozzle,it took off like a rocket and cut a guy in two before smashing into a duece and a half.
sounds most likely to me.

Im sure if it was,the guy responsible is too worried about being in trouble to claim responsibility,those thinks can kill instantly if your hit by one.If the nozzle breaks only part way it flys through the air spining wildly,scary stuff.cool to watch though.
