    Question about Internet forums

    All of the Internet forums I've ever visited / participated in have been dominated by males. Are women just not into forums or are they in another universe? I'll admit I haven't visited any sissy forums and really don't know of any but still, forums that feature general discussions of intellectual topics, like this one (I use the term "intellectual" very loosely here) should attract an equal mix. What's wrong with my picture?

    Well I agree there seem to be more males than females , but I have to say , this forum dosn't seem to be very female friendly so why should they stick around.

    - are less intelligent
    - aren't interested in anything but the trivial
    - are not as comfortable with the Internet as men
    - have a much better social life than men
    - are too busy going on dates
    - are too busy waxing, nail-polishing, hair-shampooing etc etc
    - are too busy watching crappy soap operas
    - are too busy talking petty nonsense to their friends over the phone
    - are too busy getting a damn good funking from me

    Perfectionist, please tell me your entire list was a joke.

    My guess would be that most women enjoy face-to-face socialization. Most females I know would rather have a more personal discussion while males are more inclined to discuss politics and religion with people they don't know.
